How long is the same mystery featured ?????

I am not sure what your question means, but each city has several featured mysteries, with New York having the most. They do not change, or rotate in and out of being 'featured'. Featured only means special, not the same as the random cases.

ok but is that same mystery featured every day or is there a new one every week or month or so

Do you mean the free Featured Mystery available to non-subscribers?
I believe it is always The Unread Will. Someone will come along and correct me if I am wrong. I am not in NY so I have not been watching too closely. :)

There is only ONE Featured Mystery available to those who are unsubscribed.

If you subscribe then there are many more in NY and in three of the other cities that you can travel to.
