It has some suggestions. I use IE at home sometimes and don't have problems. You might also want to try clear out the allowed list so that the next time it complains about a pop-up you can allow it through when it happens. Does that make sense?

Test message sent. Also, you can go into City Hall, click search detective, find yourself and send yourself a message to see if you are getting them.
