We have a diverse community here in Sleuth. Some people do not use complete sentences, or words, while others speak in too many sentences with many big words. We are fortunate that we have players from many different countries and ethnicities, who speak a variety of languages. We also have a wide range of ages in the community. These facts, in my opinion, are a large part of what makes Sleuth such rich and interesting community.

Although some of the occasional debates get heated, people are mostly respectful of one another. However, I've been reading some replies lately that I'm sure are meant in jest, but can be viewed as a little nasty and malicious.

I don't know how else to say this, so as my undeniably wise mother would say, you’re prettier when you’re nice.

She was also fond of saying that if I found myself feeling bored, it was probably time to clean my room. That’s probably not as applicable in this particular situation.

Ouch! *wince* Thanks Sunny for that very nicely worded reminder that Sleuth is not OUR game and the Message Boards are not OUR Message Boards, but rather, we all frolick here in Sleuthland at the good will of Ben and Sunny. New people are potential subscribers, and we owe Ben and Sunny the courtesy of being polite and hospitable to all. I'm sure we will all do better in the future.

My mom always said if you can't say something nice then don't say anything at all. As opposed to Clarice from the movie Steel Magnolias who said, "If you can't say something nice, then come sit by me!" Anyway, thank you Sunny. I'll be good, I promise :)
