I can't solve my case because nobody is talking and 2 of my suspects have fake Albies and the last one have don't have one. I found a foot that match a suspect that has a real Albie. I can't quit because I can't and (2) I can't because I already have 2 misses already. What should I do? or can do?

If you can't solve a case you have to quit the case. You go to CASE at the top left hand side of your screen and then press QUIT CASE at the top right hand side. Better to do this than have your detective retired with your three false against you. We all quit cases. Good Luck.

Quitting a case will never hurt you--it's the false accusations you need to watch out for. If you have the cash, you might want to pay of Shady, in the bar--he'll erase your false accusations.
