Is this through a messenger like Yahoo! messenger, AOL instant messages or just a popup window? I'm sure this is a stupid question, but I am confused and appreciate any and all guidance. Thanks!

I have a related question. If you are sent a message while logged out, do you just get a pop up after logging in with the message or ?

If you are loged in and receive a message it will appear while you are playing.

If you are not online when someone sends you a message, it will pop up the next time you log in.
