just a few random questions:

1. books: where do we get hint about the books?? Is it by doing favors?

2. fraction skills: can you purchase the fraction skills with your point skills?? If not how good of a standing (politically) do you have to have with said fraction? 20? 25? 30?

3.how many skill points do you have to have to participate in a villain hunt? I know that you have to get invited to shangri La. How do you find the prince when he is in your town? does that require a certain skill point as well?

1. Can't answer that in public because of spoiler alert.

2. If you are at +25 standings with a faction you can learn their skill in return for skill points.

3. You don't need skill points to participate in villain hunts BUT you need to be able to open Almost Impossible level cases, which can only be done starting from 100,000 exp points.

You do not need to purchase fraction skills. Simply go to the nearest library or calligraphist and ask for a mathematics book.

1. Just dig around. Look everywhere you can and talk to people. The books are there.

2. You use your skill points to buy faction skills. but they need to know you well. So +25 standing will help. Note: buy faction skills after you have all the basic smart and tough OR charm set.

3. Look at the news and ask around. You will find him. But if you cant do AI level, then there is no use for it. AV hunt is all AI's.
