How do you rank up? I just joined so I'm a rookie and I don't know how to get higher. Do I need to get promotions from the directors?

A Director will promote you. Depending on how the agency works, some may promote you after gaining a contact, or after getting a certain amount of exp pts, or after they know they can trust ya, etc.....just depends on the agency and what their policies are.

Your best bet would be to have a discussion with one of your directors about what their expectations/policies are.
