Hi all!
How many pol. points do I have to have to get the faction special skill?Are my skill points required?Is there anything else I need?

You need 25 faction points to be able to purchase the skill. You also need enough skill points to actually but it. You don't need anything else. Note that you do receive the discount for your archetype. In your case, you would get 2 points off tough and smart skills.

Sorry, I don´t remember ,but go to your detective page, click Learn skills and click skill help bottom right. There you see the base price.

Hypnotism costs 12 basic points and is a charm skill.
