Autumn - with all the leaves turning colors leading to trees going into hibernation which makes me think about sleep.....ahhh! Diving under the covers when there's just a touch of nip in the air...sigh. Good times!

I'll go with hiking. If it's an extended vacation, I'd rather have the option of running away than swimming away when my companions drive me to the point of desperation. I can see the bite marks on the tent poles now...

Definitely beach!! It's so much more entertaining. Not to mention that if I'm going to get skin poisoning, I'd like to get it from the real thing!
