Pick pocketing just simply takes your reward if your client turns out to be the guilty party.
The best out of the unsubscribed skills is Hypnotism from the Order of Socrates. La Cosa Nostra's Safe Cracking is only useful to subscribed members of an agency.

I vote for hypnotism as it unlocks suspects every case where underworld connections allows you to find suspects if they go into hiding, but that only happens on the high level cases anyway. And even then, you can usually find them from a townie.
Although eventually I will get it since as RAnstett suggests, it is good if people pull runners on you.

If your interogation skills are tough you might want pugilism from the Green Hand. But you can only get it if you subscribe.

They should trade Safe Cracking with a better skill. It's not really fair we only get 2 usable skills but can get a third one. We should be able to get a different one that's useful for those that pay. I wish that to be changed.
