I'm sorry if this has been posted before but I really don't have time to search for it.
How about if you have 1 or 2 wrong accuses they dissapear if you don't make the third for some time (14 days, one month or more, I dunno) or maybe when you solve enough cases (15 or something).
Even in the real life a chief inspector will forget you made 1 or 2 mistakes if you solve like 100 cases well.

Besides, retirement can be a ball. Here's a postcard I got from Lady Emerald Devon in the post today:

Rubesy,
Left Florida yesterday after the Cobana Boy went after the Gardener who tried to kill the Tennis Instructor. Lovers going after each other is too Sleuth-like for me.
Got some money from playing the Old Biddies at Bridge and funds from the Old Coots playing chess.
On my way to check out Cairo. Maybe I'll see you and some of the others there!
Gotta run, seems like there is some action on deck although I have been assured that this will be a pirate free cruise.
Love Leddie xxx
P.s Give Blue a kiss for me and remember, he doesn't like chicken.
P.p.s Hope someone has been feeding the dog.

Lady Ruby:
Or don't accuse unless you have
1PE and Fake/None of your business
1WE and Fake/None of your business
or 2WE

So if you have 2 WE against someone he's guilty even if he has an alibi?

No, a guilty suspect always has a fake/none alibi.

Yeah, if someone has 2 WE, he or she won't have a valid alibi.
