You were a conscious little person in the 80's? Prove it. My proof:

Yeah I do a double take every time I see a black trans am because I think it might be the talking car from Knight Rider

I know all the words to the 'Fresh Prince of Bellair' theme song.

I have owned a pair of 'Hammer Pants'. D'ah d'uh d'uh d'uh...can't touch them.

You?

ugh thanks TR *feels ancient* lol....

I remember my first computer was a Tandy and the only thing we could use on it was this completely archaic word processor, though at least that stupid frickin paper clip didn't keep popping up every five seconds to teach me how to write a letter!!!

*grumbles about the paper clip*

Polo shirts. Or Izods. In light pastel colors with ugly pants and a sweater hanging off your back with the sleeves draped over your shoulders. (Not that I would have ever been caught dead in that outfit, I was already quite fond of black)

Movies...Goonies, Pretty in Pink (such a fake ending though....everyone I know would have picked Duckie) and I might have been the only person who ever saw Mannequin (and admitted it), The Lost Boys, The Legend of Billie Jean and on and on. But nothing quite as bad as The Last Dragon....

Sho'nuff.

*literally falls over himself to say in his best young Keifer Sutherland accent*

"Maggots, Michael. You're eating maggots. How do they taste?"

Before there was Buffy there was The Lost Boys!

That benneton polo shirt that had a big blue or green or black strip across the middle - now THAT was the hallmark of coolness in grade 7. I never had one , but if I saw one at the Salvation Army I'd buy it like it was a half price taco.

*pities the fool who didn't love the A-team*

Don't even talk computers. First one in my house was a Commodore PET. Oh yeah, all 32K of it. That's like what, a medium sized Word document these days? LMAO I used to get dressed up to play Breakout! Remember when floppy disks were actually kinda floppy?

Oooh... Legend of Billie Jean! Good one Hayneyz!

I was IN LOVE with Christian Slater until I was about 17. (Again, I'm a girl, lol.)
My walls were plastered with poster from Big Bop, Big Bopper, Teen Beat and all those kinds of magazines!

I used to own every one of his movies, up until the late 90s. (Oh God, that's where all my money went!)
