This is a very simple and fun game. The first person makes a wish, and each following person finds some way to corrupt the wish and then makes a new wish. For example:

Person 1. I wish I had a dog

Person 2. You have a dog, but it dies the day after you get it

I wish I had a muffin

Person 3: You get a muffin, but you drop it and have to throw it away.

And so on.

Your firt wish to corrupt is this:

I wish I had a new car.

Wish granted. Not sure why you would want more MALE waitresses on roller skates...

I wish I was a vampire...

You're a vampire. But you inhabit the world alone. You suck yourself to death...

I wish Badass really was Ian McShane.

You get what you wish for. He makes a deal with Ben and takes over hypothetical software. Since he has sympathy for arch villains he makes AI cases impossible to solve. So they become effectively impossible cases.

I wish that New York City was in Russia and Moscow in America.

They are. But both cities are at siege now as they are surrounded by a country that is hostile to them.

I wish Sleuth has a console version.

I wish there were more movies with happy endings.

Okay, so more movies have happy endings. Unfortunately, because so many people believe that everything they see in a movie is real they presume that every situation in life will have a happy ending. Subsequently, they become disconsolately depressed when realty rears its head and they finally realize that just isn't true.

I wish Sleuth had 300 subscribers.

It does. But like the 300 Spartans they die in an all-out battle with the Persians.

I wish Sleuth had an Orient Express.

It does. Only problem is it went to a Halloween party at Big Lucy's, dressed as the USS Sleuthetania! The poor train went off the rails and set sail in the high seas.

I wish sleuth had more daily cases.
