It seems slow so I have been keeping track of when I earn skill points (see below).
experience points 1 skill point
? to 320 000 every 20 000 exp points
320 001 - 360 000 every 40 000 exp points
361000- ? every 80 000 exp points

80,000? Wow, and I was complaining about 50,000. I am not sure why, but I believe I am still receiving a skill point every 50,000 points, or once a day (if Icomplete all of my AIs).
80,000 seems harsh...

Yeah, I get them around every 50,000/once a day with AIs too.
80,000 sounds a bit extreme, bug maybe?

That has to be an error somewhere.
I still earn a skill point about every 50K or so (not sure of the exact number) but I do earn them fairly regularly still.

Agree with everyone else.
I seem to get a skill point a day when I do all AI cases even before we had 12 cases; so it would seem to be around the 50,000 point mark that you get one.
And as you can see, the people that have answered here are well over the 1,000,000 xp mark.
