(sticky post)
So, looking at the web logs, I know that we have players here from about 30 different countries. I just thought it would be interesting to put somes names with places.
My wife and I live in Boulder, COlorado in the U.S. Where the winter has returned for the weekend. We actually moved here pretty recently from Seattle, which is my home town.

Hello to all fellow Sleuths. I'm an OLD Timer here here hehe. Though I've played here a long time, I don't know the majority of the new comers that's joined over the past few months, so I'll introduce myself. My name is Debra and I live in Texas. I've traveled all over the US and while growing up at home, lived in Montana, Nevada, Wymoning, Arkansaw, California, and of course where I was born and raised the great state of Oklahoma. So, I'm an Okie at heart. Please don't hold that against me, lol. When in 5th grade in California, I was teased about being an Okie and they made fun of my Okie accent and picked on me, exspecially a big girl by the named Lydia. Since I was German, Irish and Black Dutch, I let Lydia know I was very tough....well thank heaven she decided to befriend me and we became close friends...whew. Anyway, she was the bully I hid behide for protection...lol. Hum, I don't know why I told this, oh well...hehe. Anyway, today I'm a disabled housewife, whose joy is to solve mysteries. Of course I love Sleuth, and I collect Nancy Drew games. Other than being a sleuth, I love writing and composing music. Thats all folks!!!

Heh, I'll forgive you Deborah. It's getting late.
Sorry you had such a hard time growing up Okie. You wouldn't happen to be from Muskogee, would you?

I've been playing for so long and like my sleuth name so much, I refuse to answer to my real one. I am a Geordie. For those of you not from the North of England, it means I hail from Newcastle.

Nope, not from Muskogee, but I've been through there a few times. I figured you mentioned it because of the country song: "I'm Proud to Be an Okie From Muskogee", by Merle Haggard. I really enjoy his style of voice and music. There's alot of stars from Oklahoma, and wish I could say I'm one of them, but the title of "country bumkin" will have to do..lol. No really, I love being an Okie. I guess at the tendor age I was in California, I was willing to deny being an Okie to save my skin, and it worked..lol. Though I was born there, I've lived most my life away.
