We made some changes to the villain hunt clues today.

Most of these changes are intended to make them easier to read, and we cleaned up a few clues that were commonly misunderstood.

The bad news is, there were a couple situations where specific co-conspirators/hideouts that were impossible to narrow down to a single option, even with all the clues.

This was my mistake, and I’m really really sorry for the frustration it has caused people. Because of the random nature of these hunts, and the length they can take to complete, these situations were difficult to detect.

The missing clues have been added for those townies, so I’m now confident there are no longer any situations where somebody should have to guess on a villain hunt, as long as they are patient enough to get all the clues.

Can you provide us with an example of one of the confusing situations?

After failing my second villain hunt due to impatience and guessing (I really admire the tenacity of Greyling!) I'd sworn off the villain hunts for a while. Now I might be lured back again... :)

My failiures can be blamed for the vague nature of the clues.

Thank you Ben for changing them! Now I'll finally catch a villain without guessing.

No longer sure if it's tenacity or just thick-headedness, Srei, especially when seeing others already way into their third, and after the 10 cases yesterday didn't help at all, I was about ready to cave, but today it finally happened and I'm out of Shanghai - *yippee* - only took 13 1/4 days, but who's counting ;)

Well... Im still in Delhi since the expansion started. The only thing that changed is that now my clues are BOLD. But they are still the same clues.

Can the chance on getting a new clue increase after a while? Im getting really fed up with AIs. Just want this to finish.
