I solved an Almost Impossible mystery.
I got a lot of experience points and even a skill point- very nice.
The special prize equipment wasn't compatible with my "wardrobe" so I decided to sell it.
Is that a typo or is really only worth $1ooo??? When I do a favor, which is at a much lower skill level, I can sell the item for 3200 or 4800 or something like that if I don't need the equipment.
I spent a fortune on bribes to finish this game and it hardly seems worth it now.
I hope I'm not the only one who feels this way.
I just don't see the point of doing this level if this is the return.

It isnt really a big deal to me, that I only get $1000 when I sell an item. I do the AI's for the experience points, and for the fame points in the agency. The way I see it, every AI I do, I sell the equipment I am rewarded with, since I have the gear I want, and that $1000 adds up. Plus, if I want more money, I just do a favor, and get the $4800. It really isnt a big deal :)

The reason the AI prizes are worth less than favor prizes is because experienced detectives can crank through a lot more AI cases per day than the 3-4 favors they get a day. So, we limit the sell back value of those prizes to keep money tighter.
