People are saying I'm a thief and such...but the thing is that I barely logged on today...my account was hacked but some girl called Anna Banna. I don't know what happened, but I'm fixing the promblems that she did. I'm very sorry on what happened today...I'm also wondering what happened to my agnecy.
Yes I'm going to return the shoes to the agency.
I'm again very sorry.:( I hope you people will forgive me.

To all concerned,
We do not believe that the Serena Barton account has ever been hacked, nor does anybody other than the legitimate owner seem to have access to her password. The login records indicate that this account has only ever been logged into from one IP address for several months. If somebody else is accessing the account, it is somebody in the same house.
We'll draw no further conjectures as to why Serena Barton would want to claim that her account was being hacked when it has not, but considering her claims to the contrary, we thought it was important to share this bit of information.

If Serena's logins have only come from 1 IP address, as explained by Ben, it means that someone who had access to the computer she uses manaaged to log in as her. I'm guessing her password, like most, was something very guessable.
A good way to prevent this from happening to anyone else is to follow the basic secure password formula: a combination of letters and numbers along with at least 1 special character and at least 8 characters long.
*tips hat*
