We are very new...just created it last night. If you are looking for an agency this my friend is the one you should join. Friendly, active, fun members...case files, crime lab, message board...what more could you want???

lol, if by "pay pal detective", you mean "subscribed", then yeah Ilias, unfortunately you do. You have to buy a subscription before you join an agency.
If, however, "pay pal detective" means something else, please clarify, I'd love to hear. Happy sleuthing!
