It's been a gloomy night, lots of trauma and heartship in the streets...I take a look at the newspaper on my coffee break from sleuthing and my heart sinks. What do I see in the paper...

Lady Emerald Devon
Account Status: Retired

I was just chatting with her yesturday and she had intended to chase this new villain in town... I guess he got the best of her...

LED will be missed... ( I know Moira is still out there but it's the concept)

I just saw this also. So sorry to hear what happened LED! You've been very involved in the community and I'm so happy to see that people are organizing support for you! If there's anything I can do, please let me know. :)

*thinks emeralds are nice, but rubies are LOVELY*

seems we have a problem... LRCcie sounds too "lurky" to be your new nickname, Moira.

Henceforth, forthwith, hitherto, et cetera, I, as acting emperor of unofficial sleuth nicknames (self-elected), hereby declare that Lady Ruby Caplan shall from this day forward be known as...

Leddie.

Rock on, sister. I've totally got your back.

Shoot, I should have posted about this when testing the townies' evidence about a month ago then - but yep, there can be more than 3 witnesses giving evidence on a case, but it's still only 2 for the one with the false alibi and 1 against the others who'll all have real alibis - sorry :'(

My sister passed on the sad news to me, being as I've not played for a while. Decided to log on today before starting work to also express my regret at the loss of the delectable LED. At least Ruby exists and is up and running. I've never "guessed" at a case since the last one cost me $1M to clear off, although that wasn't a guess, it was a case of automatic pilot taking over and clicking on accuse and yes, without realising what I was doing, then ... yarghhh!!! what have I done!!!

FYI, when i play favors or the same level, i usually try to get all the WE in a case for the fun of it. There is as much WE as there is PE except there is always one more WE as there has to have two WE to fully accuse.

As a rule of thumb, two of the WE will belong to the murderer, the others will belong to the other suspects who have PE on the scene but have alibies. I got caught way back in this same mess but fortunately for me, I didn't have any FA at the time.

I hope this helps.

Dark Raven.
