I've read on the boards that there are 3 Witness Evidence belonging to each case.
Suspect A has one witness evidence against him but has a real alibi.
Suspect B has one witness evidence against him but has an unknown alibi, can I safely accuse him?

Hey, Pussy just threw a scenario at me which I think deserves a mention...
'If' you know there are 3 WE clues for each case, right. And one's always a red herring...
Could you have WE for someone with a REAL alibi? Therefore making any other WE found be for the guilty party?
Honestly it's the first time I've thought of it that way, and wondered if it's something other people use as a method?

Yes, you can, and there are actually more than three depending on the level. :)
