I've gotten an answer from some of the characters I've interviewed and I've gotten this answer multiple times:
" Michael Zacarah (or any suspect) hasn't hear or seen anything suspicious"
what does this mean and how will it help me?? Sorry im new at this and im a bit confused

It means that if they will say "no" every time you ask them if they have seen or heard a subject doing anything suspicious. Basically, you won;t be getting any WE (witness evidence) out of that person.
