Right now I have Interrogation, Hair Analysis, and Flirting. Which skill should I work on getting, next?

It would be best to concentrate on 1 set of either charming ot tough interview skills, plus smart skills. Since you are charming (or well your detective is), I would recomend getting basic rule bending and sweet talking then footprint and handprinting analysis and then advance on the rest as you grow. Hold off on any tough skills until you have all the charming and smart skills.

Also dont forget basic thread skill. Without it you wont find any threads at the scene.

Your flirting wont help you mush at this point cuase you dont have charm interview skills. So get those too.
