When I go to a witness to offer to do a favor, it also says "ask a question" and a space to do so. When would one use this feature?

All I know is, its good using that for villain hunts :)

It's a new feature that comes with the new expansion. Only subscribers can go on villian hunt so right now, you cant really do anything with it.
If you do subscribe, look in city news and go ask in town. That's all the hints we are allowed to give ;)

You can use it for some "no-use" question also. For example I asked the banker if he ever been to big Lucy's Cabaret. And he told me he was and what a great night it was...something like that :)

well, I figured it out and I got the invitation, even though I'm not subscribed.

How long is the invitation good for??

It might take me a while to send in my money to get subscribed, the "old-I-ain't-got-no=credit - card" Rag.
