Right now, if we solve a case, and it was
OoS-+1
LCN--1
and I solved it, why is my OoS still 23, and not 24?

Well if you're sure you did then it could just be a fluke. I've had similer things happen.

At midnight sleuth time your faction points drop if you are above 10. If you checked before midnight, but completed your case after it could explain why you dont see higher points.

Hmm.. maybe if you quit you go up in the faction that wanted you to quit it.
BUT if you don't quit you go up with that faction
