Asking Townies Questions

I have a question regarding the open-ended questions we can now ask the Townies.
What questions, exactly, can we ask them when we're not working on a case? I'm confused. lol I already tried "How long have you worked here?" (which they didn't know the answer to xP) So yeah...

no problem reda , in matter of fact as i said am sorry . didnt know and thanks i figuerd a way to sort things up some of the people here were very helpful actually all of them ;)
