On the Help, it says "if a Very Charming detective wants to learn Interrogation, it will cost them 7 skill points to learn it, however, it would cost a Very Tough detective only 4 skill points." Unless I have serious brain damage, i believe it would cost a VeryTough Detective only 3 skill points. Very trivial, yes, but I would like to know if I am correct.
