The info I found says in intermediate there are only 3 suspects. Is that accurate? That being the case and there being two pieces of evidence (and I can find all four) would not one of the two have to belong to the murderer? I have three false alibi's. Hall of records rules one out leaving me two. Of those two neither of the two pieces of evidence belong to them. Where am I going wrong?

Unfortunately, the helper you've found has a couple of errors. Intermediate can have 3 OR 4 suspects with a fake alibi so looks like you just need to dig out the last one ;)
