lol ummmm, yes I have been payiing attention. I'm not responding to THAT. You said if you cant use that, you go by instinct, and you pay attention to these cut scenes, to solve the case. I am saying that instinct WILL eventually retire you, whether you choose to believe it or not, and the cut-scenes are there for effects ONLY, unless it is the faction cut-scenes.
However, you go ahead and do it your way, and soon, u will find out what we've all been trying to tell you! ;)

Although , let's say you have two guilty parties: one with a false alibi and the other without one ; isn't the one without innocent of the crime while the one with the false alibi guilty? Or the person who was killed has a real alibi while the accused has a false alibi?
