Ok....I notice that one of the headings under "Detective" is "Arch Villains Caught"......Can Someone Explain. I mean ..yes I know what an "Arch Villain" is per se, but where/when do we run into arch villains in the game?

None of us really know much about it yet so best thing to do is check out the "Shadow of the Villains"-link at City Hall - but we're all waiting in excited anticipation to see what it will entail :)
