Me and my friend subscribed and we just finished 10 cases and its kind of frustrating...What is the reason behind forcing everyone to only take 10 cases a day?

The main reason for this seems to be the treasure hunts. Treasure hunts are based on getting the right favours and as these depend on the number of successfully solved favours, having a high number of cases at your disposal would mean that a very active agency would also be able to get lots of favours and burn through the hunts in no time. Having the limit sort of evens things out a bit :)
But the only person, who can answer why 10 was the chosen limit, is Ben :)

Oh, forgot to mention that it's mainly in the beginning that 10 cases+favours seem too little. When you get to the higher levels, 10 cases can seem plenty to do ;)

Oh please sleuth gods, let's not start this discussion again.

Short answer: because Ben said so.

No please, please let this thread die quiety...
