I have a contact in NY -- the waitress. How are contacts helpful? Once a person is your contact, he/she doesn't clam up any more? Is that all they are good for? I am grateful for any help. Thanks.

Yes a contact will never clam up no matter how many questions you ask them. This may not seem important in the easier levels as you can ask more questions, but when you get to the harder levels and townspeople only answer one question it becomes very useful.

Hope that helps : ).

Also you can be sure the next contact you get will be one of those that analyze the physical evidence (you get one of each in each city) and these are very useful, especially when you get one of those cases where all 4 pieces of physical are of the kind your contact can help you out with ;)
