Elsey walks into the local bar, The Tricky Mister, and asks her old buddy Cyrus to pour her a drink.
"Something girly," she asks him. "Something the boys will laugh at."
She smiles and looks around the room. She thinks about who else might walk into the room tonight. She turns back to her girly drink and waits for Sir James to arrive, as he undoubtedly will at some point.
Just then, the front door opens and in walks....

Reese walks in with her hand on her gun and says "What's going on in here today?" Makensie says "Oh Reese, my old buddy, we have a problem" Reese says, sarcastically, "Sleuthtown is full of THAT, what is it this time?" Makensie says "Jstkdn has been kidnapped I think and I found this cactus spike and a note" Reese says "Well dont just stand there...go to the librarian and see if he can check that writing out for you" Makensie says "Ofcourse...."

As Reese watches her run out of the bar....

..pricks her finger.
"OUCH she yells" as adrop of blood falls to the floor.
The only triffids are kept Behind Closed Doors except for MarcusAndrews triffid. Mademoiselle Fleur and The Mad Ones triffids down in delhi.
Perhaps I'd better look for another clue.

bloody footprint. Makensie noticed when she came back from checking the writing. Reese was still there having a drink at the bar and turns and says "Well? What did you find?" Makensie says "The banker clammed up on me, too bad I wasn't in London...I could ask all the questions I wanted" Reese says, "Hmmmm....hopefully someone comes in who can help with that"

Makensie walks by the blood spot on the floor and notices a footprint...Makensie says "Look! A footprint! I'm afraid I won't be of any help there either"

Makensie walks up to the bar, giving up, and says "Gimme a bourbon and coke Cyrus" Cyrus says, "Yes mam, coming up"

Reese and Makensie sit there trying to figure out how they're going to help Jstkdn , when in walks.....

..Lady Grey. "What is it Mackensie? You haven't run into trouble with footprints AGAIN have you? There are only so many pedicures and foot massages a girl can have before she starts getting gets weird looks. Tell you what, you get me a pink gin and I'll look into this footprint for you."
*Sits down with a pink gin.*
"Oh by the way Mak, see you made the front pages again, and after that scandalin Delhi.
I can't take you anywhere twice, not even to apologisefor the first time.*g*"

Makensie ,watches Lady Grey sit down with her pink gin, and says "Lady, why are you sitting down ,when we have to find Jstkdn?" Lady Grey says , "I'm going to go...." Makensie says, after Lady Grey telling me I made front news, "I guess I am just a popular person and I totally forgot about those many times in Delhi at the bar....boy, Reese,Ms C and I sure had a time didnt we?" Lady Grey says "Yeah, I am sure his window is forever broke" Makensie looks at her and says "Ok ok ok, when I leave here I will send some money to fix it, BUT I'm not leaving until I know Jstkdn is back and safe so GOOOOO check them footprints" Lady Grey laughs and says "Can't take you anywhere Mak" and heads out to check footprints.

Makensie smiles,then starts wondering where Jstkdn could be. Makensie orders a cup of coffee. Cyrus says "I know there is something wrong with you now. Coffee? Makensie says "Yep, with extra cream. I have to quit drinking so much until we find Jstkdn." Cyrus shakes his head and gets her a cup of coffee.

Hours pass, and Lady Grey finally returns, and Makensie turns and says "So what is the verdict?".......

"My contact agrees with me, the strange off-centre bootprint, the cactus spikes and the inexplicable rectangular mark next to the footprint can only mean one thing. jstkdn has been kidnapped by the Free Triffid Liberation Army (FTLA). The FTLA believe that triffids once ruled the world and that humans were their slaves and cattle. jstkdn could be in terrible danger. We'd better speak to....
