Elsey walks into the local bar, The Tricky Mister, and asks her old buddy Cyrus to pour her a drink.
"Something girly," she asks him. "Something the boys will laugh at."
She smiles and looks around the room. She thinks about who else might walk into the room tonight. She turns back to her girly drink and waits for Sir James to arrive, as he undoubtedly will at some point.
Just then, the front door opens and in walks....

Zane orders another Jack on the rocks and pays her bill. "I don't want Cyrus spreading my stuff around." Zane looks up and into the bar walks......

"Oh no", says DaRu,"It doesn't matter if Cyrus knows I found this secret passageway, I've got to save his hide". DaRu flings open the secret panel to the door behind the bar and rushes toward kidgame with her snubnosed 38, & sticks it in her back, "Come on Kid & make my day", DaRu yells out. Kidgame falls to her knees and surrenders her gun. Meanwhile, Cyrus looks puzzled at Daru, as he glancing back & forth from DaRu & the door behind his bar. Cyrus finally yells someone call the police, then walks over & says, "DaRu you've got a whole lot of explaining to do". DaRu, gulps back a mouth full of spit, as she wipes the sweat from her brow, then finds the courage to explain. "Cyrus, about a year ago when you hired me to investigate a suspect, & go under cover to watch which employee was ripping you off, you gave me a key to the bar, so I came one night & discovered the secret passageway & was able to watch from there undetected. That's how I was able to get pictures & nail him". Then today, at our office a man called and told Texan "you better watch your step, or you're gonna die". Later another man called & asked to meet here at Tricy Mister. While Texan was walking here, I noticed a tall dark handsome stranger tailing close hehind, so I grabbed my 38, slid it into my coat pocket, & followed them, in case Texan needed me. When arriving here, I saw Elsey walk in, which was a nice surprise, but then jojo fainted, nearly knocking out Makensie, who was two sheets in the wind. There was alot of excitement going on, so I was able to slip in through the secret panel without being noticed. I was able to keep watch on the stranger who sat back at a table in the corner. He never drank anything but kept an evil eye on Texan. However, when Texan left to call for a taxi for Makensie, then the stranger & everyone else began leaving. I tho't I might get locked in here all night, but well, the rest is history". DaRu hangs her red face down as she waits for Cyrus to reply, then......

While DaRu waits for Cyrus to reply, she realizes she's still holding the wig she pulled off of Kidgames head during the attack. and thinks to herself, "apparently he was trying to look like a women, or is a cross-dresser. At any rate, she's a he by golly", then DaRu starts laughing. Meanwhile.....

Cyrus is still taken aback from the action but takes time to thank Da Ru and remind himself to seal up that secret passage, maybe with kid inside of it.

Cyrus says to da Ru " it is a darned good thing i suppose that i gave you that snub nosed revolver for doing me that favour a while back" :). These things come in handy from time to time I know. It goes to show that you should not always sell what i give you for a favour.

*Cyrus thinks to himself, i wonder what the barber would have told me about that hair on kid's head if i had asked.*

"I have to go now", he says, "and return that wig to Crosey", but thanks for the help and in gratitude you can consider your tab paid :).

Returning from the ladies, Ms C looks around at the mess.
What is Mak doing on the floor? You just can't leave that woman for a second!

All of a sudden, something in her mind just doesn't feel right... of course Thomas Lee! He can help me out with that "hocus-pocus". As she strode down the street, she tried hard not to be seen. She accidentally knocked over a middle aged man on her way..." Sorry, " she panted, "I'm in a hurry!" But something in those man's eyes gave her the impression that he was in a hurry too. "Might I ask where you are going?", she quietly stated. "Look kiddo, I'm not the kind o' fella that you mess around with, so beat it braud, OK?" He brandished a 360 Mach 13 Die Today handgun with built in heat and motion sensor for those playing hide and seek. She firmly planted her feet into the cold New York pavement, and said, "No." At that, the creep grasped her around the middle, and hoisted her over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes. "HELP!"...

jstkdn hopes to make a quick exit. And stick DaRu with her bill. :)

After leaving Tricky Mister, & on the way back to meet Texan at the office, I catch two people on the other side of the street, out of the corner of my eye, so I cower behind a new black sedan to get a better look. Lo & behold I see it's Daniella having a comfortation with some tall dark and handsome dude, whose sporting a large calibar type gun. In the moonlight , as the tall man turns toward me I can see clearly it's the man who followed Texan to Tricky Mister earlier, then left before I could get out of the passageway to follow him. "What should I do?" DaRu questioned herself. Pulling from her pocket her prized 38 Cyrus gave her she stands up to take out after them, at which time the stranger loads Daniella over his shoulder & heads off down the street & into the alleyway. As I head into the alley I see them vanish into the night as he heads into the park. I can still hear Daniella screaming.....let go of me you lunatic.....put me down, you hear me? By this time DaRu's knees are weak & she's panting from all the exercise. "Dang, I'm out-of-shape", DaRu mutters, I've got to shed a few pounds, & get back to the gym, if I'm going to continue chasing after criminals. DaRu leans against an old wooden trash bin as she tries to figure out what to do next to help Daniella, she hears footsteps coming towards her........then she sees it's Ms. Cevasco who she'd noticed at the bar earlier.....

"Is that you DaRu", Ms. Cevasco says in concern, are you alright?" as she heads towards her. "Oh, I'm so glad you showed up"....DaRu replies in an excited voice....as she explains what just took place, "we've got to move fast if we're going to save Daniella, before he kills her". Detective Cevasco gasp, "then replies, we need to head up a serach team quick" As they turn to head back to main street they meet jsktdn staggering down the street...."Heeeey you too, whaats up? "DaRu tells jsktdn she could use her expertise in them rounding up a seach team, but first they need to sober her up. "Sure, let's rock-n-roll" says jsktdn....with that the three of them head to Tricky Mister, to get Cyrus to fix her a drink, if he's still open. Arm in arm they head back to the bar when.....

...Cyrus is just about to close.
"Hey, we need some more drinks!" yells jstkdn.
"Ladies, fun is over for tonight, I'm closing now", Cyrus said with a sigh.
"Listen up, now you serve us some drinks. Capice? We got to talk something over, and by the way we could use your help" DaRu says with a sharp voice that makes Cyrus back off and let us in to the bar.
Ms C giggles: "You handeled that one well, DaRu."

DaRu pick a table, makes Cyrus fetch a bottle of whiskey and some glasses and then she begin to talk.....
