Is this a useless skill?
I mean detect when they stop answering... uhm, when they stop, they stop, will detecting WHEN have any use(?) and make them NOT stop?

I fail to see why anyone would ever use the skill, and why it's in-game ?

?

Stress Detection can be usefull if you can use it. It will not add question, but it can help you decide to ask or not to ask, or what to ask and what to not ask.
One example you have from Greyling, next example can be: You only need to ask suspect about WE to 2 other suspects. When you know that you have 2 questions left, you know you can ask on both of them, and this can help with tactical planning of asking. Or other example: You know you have only 1 question (bribe) on townie, and you will need to ask about hidden suspect, then you know that you can save it and not use it for other asking right now.
Definitely it is not useless skill, but whether it can be useful depends on your way of solving cases :-)

i agree with greyling and dreonil. its not completely useless and yes, it depends on how you solve cases. i would have waited to get higher levels of my skills before i bought it though. i didn't really see its usefulness until i was playing incredibly hard cases, too.
