lol I swear I'm not following you around Recluso ;) I just have my helpful hat on this morning.
The answer is no mate. You can only join one Agency at a time.
(Well unless you have TWO subbed detectives of course :s Then you can join two. But you should tell each that you're in another Agency, just for politeness sake, so that they know you're obligated elsewhere :) )
