How are the items listed under an agency's "real estate" used by the detectives in the agency?
Max Detectives
Max Case Files per Detective
Item Storage Space
Message Board
Crime Lab
Status Bonus

Some are prtty self explanatory, but here it goes:

Max Detectives: the maximum number of members an agency in this location can house
Max Case Files: each detective can store this number of cases in the case files at this location
Item Storage: the number of items (equipment..i.e shoes, hats, etc.) that can be stored in the lcoker room at this location
Message Boars: yes/no there is one. This is a private board for agency members only
Crime Lab" it allows other members to analyze some evidence (once per day) to determine of the hair is straight/curly, the thread male/female, etc.
Status bonus: this one I could never figure out. Something about improving your smart/charming/smart capabilities

Thanks! Yeah, some were fairly obvious but I just included the lot. While surfing the boards I saw a good explanation for the status bonus (I think it was an old post) - but can't remember which thread. Anyway, I believe it increases toughness or charm potential when questioning suspects.
