How much cash have you got available?

For something like the "Speak Easy" we'd need $6000

Unless you are loaded and fancy throwing your money around, I think we'd need a Third person.

I've only got $2,800 right now. I'm sure a third (or fourth) person would be necessary. I'd really like something with a crime lab if possible which means at least a $10,000 down payment, so four people could do $2,500 each.
