We do care. We've not said we don't. We just prefer to be able to read what is being typed without having to translate it from phonics to standard English in order to understand it. It would be like trying to read a post written in ebonics or piglatin. That would be too much work. Many people read things like your posts as uneducated, perhaps that you don't care, so why should they? We understand if English is not your native language, but talking as if you are using IM's on a message board when you're asking people to post backstabbing issues, really does require correct typing.

*wonders if it's time to pull out the ol' rubber "hijacking" stamp that's surely lost in a bottom drawer somwhere by now*

Because you aren't writing in English! You are writing in jibberjabber slang. Not only is it an annoyance to those of us who actually care about proper spelling as a matter of politeness to eachother, but as Jstkdn points out, it must be EXTREMELY difficult for the many people here who are not from English speaking countries.

we're at the Age of Aquarius now, languages grow together and adopt words and expressions from eachother until we all talk "babblish" :)
