It enables you to be paid even when your client is guilty. Generally, it is considered nice to have later on, but not something you need and definitely not before you have the basic smart/interview skills :)

Personally, i would have loved pick pocketing (you get it from the brotherhood at the church in NY and the chapel in Dehli) early on when i did not have much money. However, I waited till I got more smart/interview skills and now I don;t really need it anymore (i have plenty of money!)

In summary, it would be nice if you could get it early, but you shouldn't. Later it won;t matter.

One thing to point out that it is mostly useless in the later stages as well.

Pick pocketing will only retrieve cash rewards, so on Incredibly Hard Favors or AI cases you will not get any reward still if it is your client.

I guess that is what I meant..you need it early when you shouldn't have it and later, when you can, you no longer need it!

Actually, Ran, according to Ben, if you have the pick pocketing skill, you do get a cash reward on the AI cases. I would guess its the same on Incred favors, but I'm not certain.

I will try to watch my cash balance then, did not think I received anything the one or two times it happened. Thanks for double checking.

Is there a client when you do favors? I thought the client was always a townie.

Good point, Badass! I haven't done a favor for months, so I really don't know, but I do believe you are correct!

Badass has it right that there is no client on favor cases, no matter the level.
