Recruitment tampering?

Last nite, I responded to a thread in the recruitment boards from Racheal Greene letting her know that ERF TEAM was interested. Upon checking to see if she responded back, I noticed my reply was gone (deleted)....
As this is the 3rd time this has happened to me, I've alerted Ben. If and when he finds out who has done this, I will ask that they lose their status as board moderator.
If anyone else has noticed this and didn't think much of it (as I did the 1st two times), please PM Ben as well. The last thing we need is someone trying to block anyone's efforts at building a better team. I'm not going to go into who I think it may be, but I am asking everyone to be watchful, because this may have happened to you as well.

chelsea, it was meant as a humorous comment in jest - i hadn't realised that anyone spell checked the messages on the boards. i like the boards as an addition to the game and i appreciate all the efforts that are made to maintain the boards and this site.

please don't take my comment as something negative. (or you either, cfm.)

Let me note, if I may...

I've never had a reply or post deleted to my knowledge, however I think they should be cleaned up a bit. I have ran a few of these in my days and we would "clean" them by deleting old threads with no activity for the past 90 days. Only ever had one guy complain about that, but he was... we'll say odd.

And second, I'm complimented Chron that you saw me as an important recruit (I think is how you say it) being that I'm completely antisocial except those in my agency I wasn't sure how I'd be seen in Sleuthville. Figured most would see me as sadly addicted to sleuth being that I'm a relatively young detective for such experience lol. *Owe tons of credit for that to my agency.

Raises his hand. I am more than willing to be the odd one here and say that unless server space becomes so critical Admin needs to delete them that no threads shoud be deleted.

History is important and the empheral nature of the web makes it even harder to get a feeling of what has gone on in the past of a site. Being able to search the boards would make it much easier to see that, but we do have several detectives that have been here a long time and by using their post history you can find quite a few topics.

Persoannly, I love to look through old posts. They give you history and some interesting gossip..er..I mean information!

I have spent quite a bot of time going through them..

Yeah, I know, I should get a life...

Same here, I like seeing the progression of things from the past, etc. Plus you never know when an old post might make it to the top again because someone has something to add (I know I've done that before lol)
