Hesitantly, I handed over the $500, which disappeared quickly into the Toe's coat pocket.
After checking to make sure nobody else was around, he leaned close enough for me to smell the previous owner of that coat. In his that hissing airbrakes voice he whispered, "Tonight, you can find Big Lucy's Cabaret near the docks, north of the Gypsy Camp.."
Then, he slowly turned and disappeared into the night.

ah the age old question...
If you move your cursor around the new york map (north of the Fortune Teller near the water) you'll find another place you can click on. This will take you to Big Lucy's.

Some people say it's not worth it, others find some small charm in it. If you've got the money, it's worth going at least once, to see what the fuss is all about :)
