I'm working on a favor case and I know who's guilty, but I have no motive and can't accuse her. My suspects and townspeople have all clammed up. I have 10 skill points. Is there anything I can do to get a motive?

Possibility--If I acquire the rule bending skill, will the townspeople lead me to another suspect, who can supply a motive? I have 6 suspects so far.

You need motive to accuse.

If you are in an agency you can store the case and come back later. (which you would need to be subscribed to do)

I do not think that buying the rule bending skill will help at this point in the case. It will for future cases.

If you have already had the townies clam on you then it definately will not help. You will have to quit the case.
