Okay the mayor gave me a little job, to go get some information from the waitress and she put me through a little test...well, I failed, now what do I do? She won't give me the information I need to give to the mayor and I can't even talk to the mayor about it...I need help!!!!!!

Whoa, easy there, don't panic! Successfully completing a little job for a faction will increase your standing with that faction by +4. If you fail the little job, nothing happens. And the waitress gives the info to the mayor herself--after you complete the little job, there's nothing more to do. You can try again tomorrow (you get one little job per day), and you might try googling the questions if you don't know the answers.

That's right. ALWAYS google the questions. I've completed all my little jobs so far that way. ;)
