I expirenced this the other day and I wanted to see if anyoned else has gone through it.

Had a list of suspects, figured out which had valid alibis and which were fake and had a witness ID the subject, so I met all requirements for a guity subject. When I went to accuse the suspect, she was dead in her apartment. Of all the other suspects, no one else saw anything, and the physical evidence was to someone with a valid alibi.

Any other dead and guilty subjects?

The murderer couldnĀ“t handle the guilt so he committed suicide :)

Dead people are good. They never are the guilty party, so you saved yourself a false accusation. :)

It's possible you didn't find all the evidence, especially if you don't have basic hair and thread skills.

PE+Fake/"none of your busineess" Alibi=guilty
WE+Fake/"none of your business" Alibi=guilty
2 WE = guilty

PE=Physical Evidence WE=Witness Evidence

Hope that helps for future cases. :)

I think he was trying to say that all the circumstances to accuse that particular suspect were there.

In that case you might have been dealing with an occasional glitch, which unfortunately occurs every now and then. One of my fellow agents used to have a case in which the suspect suspected himself :)
