ok...
i've got 0 in the way of physical evidence because everyone clammed up, all my suspects are clammed up, and one of my suspects sans alibi ran off. it says something like "i knew my feet would be doing a lot of walking." is there anyway i can look for her? do i have to have underground connections for that? is there anyway i can solve this case?

Underground connections does make it a little easier, but there are ways of getting your runaway suspects back - try taking a tour around town and see if someone might not know something ;)

As for whether or not you'll be able to solve the case even when you've gotten that suspect back, isn't easy to say, especially if everyone seems to have clammed, because if you found all the pieces of physical evidence, you'll have to rely on the suspects to get to the killer.
