I can't get anyone to talk to me anymore, its a hard level case but i've tried everything, and i don't want to qiut this case...can someone help me please!!!

Looks like you are doing cases above your level. Just quit the case and go back down till you get more skills and money.

Everybody can get contacts by doing favors. You can have 2 contacts in each city. But since unsubscribers cant travel they will only have 2 - the NY ones. If you sub, you can travel and get contacts in other cities as well.
