Hello, atm i have 1 contact (tailor), and lets say the next contact will be the bartender, is there a way to change the bartender for the shoe maker? or will the bartender be my permanently contact?

There is no way to change contacts after you earn them.
You only get one PE contact (hair, foot, thread, note) and one WE contact (the rest of the townies) in each city.
If you really want a particular contact in a city (the tea merchant in London for example) you would have to quit all the other WE favors so that you only do favors for the Tea Merchant.
I wonder if that stage manager ever came up.......

There is no way to change contacts...And you will only have one PE (i.e. tailor, shoemaker, banker, barber) contact in a city, and one WE (the rest).
