yes, underworld connections to get in, the compact travelling kit to move around in Shangri-La and safe cracking to open the vault where your arch villain is there tied up as a sausage waiting for you to get busted :)

lol personally I'm still stickin to my 'must have a Rasputin's Egg to enter Shangri-la theory'. I mean c'mon there 'has' to be some use for them. If it's not going to hatch then I want to cash in!

On the hints in multiple cities, yes that's true. Also heard that some newer hints have been coming across lately? But not completely positive on that one, still checking to make sure.
