How do you get someone to talk to you, if they won't talk, and you already tried interrogating them or something, and it didn't work?

There is a faction skill called surviellance (sp?) that you can use to possibly find something on the clammed suspect to force them into answering more questions, but until you get along further in the game, your just stuck with them not talking anymore.

And of course there's that "secret" way to make suspects talk, but no one's going to tell you what that way is. It took me quite a lot of effort to find it, but it was worth it.

What's with all the secrets?
Is it an advanced player thing?

I guess it is a "sleuth" thing..we tend to be a mysterious and secretive bunch.
I would still like a little clue about the secret to getting people unclammed if you are not in an agency

this was written by Ran:
There is no skill you can learn to unclam someone other than the aforementioned Surveilance.
There is the possiblity if you are in an agency and another detective opens your case that 1 or 2 suspects will unclam for them. It doe not always happen and it only happens the first time someone else picks up the case.
